4/19 UPDATE!

BH the Covid19 virus seems to be stabilizing and trending downward. While there are still many cases and lots of sick people, the acute need for PPE for our medical professionals is BH declining. In addition, the organizations now seem to have much better access to PPE then when we first started.

This heroic effort was only possible because of the selfless efforts of our volunteer team and their families. Your tremendous dedication and unwavering support stand out as a beacon of light during this challenging time. 

At this time, Suuplies4Lives will begin winding-down active operations and settling-in to a “standby mode”. We will remain vigilant and we’ll easily reactivate our efforts if the need arises C”V. 

The group chats will all remain active in case of need or g-d forbid a second wave. 

In this tremendous zechus of saving lives, may hashem keep you and your families safe and may you all see much bracha in your lives.

Baruch HaShem the community has really stepped up and become partners in our campaign! Beezras Hashem in the last day or 2, we have given out many supplies including:

-48 Hand sanitizers to Hatzolah of Middlesex County

-24 Hand sanitizers to Passaic Hatzalah

-150 Hand sanitizers to Flatbush Shomrim

-72 Hand sanitizers to CF Society

-99 Tyvek suits to Queens Hatzalah

-425 Tyvek suits to Canarsie Hatzalah l

-50 Tyvek suits to Chevra Kadisha

We were also able to secure 3,000 face shields, 80,000 gloves, disinfectant wipes, surgical masks, and more.

What We Need: More local suppliers of NIOSH N95 masks and coverall suits - these important safety products have become extremely difficult to find the sufficient supply our first responders need before a long Yom Tov. The costs today alone were close to $10,000!

To my brothers and sisters,

Last Thursday I got a call about 2 cancer patients in need of N95 masks.

After some basic research I discovered that unfortunately they aren't the only ones in need of masks, there are many who do.

In addition there are older people and those with medical conditions who are in desperate need of masks.

These masks firstly keep them safe and also provide them with some peace of mind!

Please join me in making sure that no sick person or older person in our communities are without masks!
