The St. Louis Children's Choirs
Uplifting Voices, Transforming Lives
Be inspired. Be uplifted. Be moved.
The St. Louis Children’s Choirs provide a space for young people to find their voices and build community through excellence in choral music and character growth. For nearly 50 years, we’ve created a world of friendship, love, and joy through music made together. At SLCC, young people learn important character traits like integrity, discipline, teamwork, responsibility, and professionalism. They grow into young professionals serving as ambassadors for the St. Louis region across our country and around the world.
Our 24 Hours of Giving campaign is your chance to be a part of the magic. Your participation ensures we can continue inspiring young artists, uplifting our community, and making moments of wonder for our audiences.
Here’s what your gift will help us achieve
More tuition and tour assistance Program enrollment has reached 388 singers, up from 318 at the start of last season. And over 100 current singers, parents, and alumni will travel with us to NYC for our Carnegie Hall performance in June. We are offering more tuition assistance and NYC tour assistance than ever before – a total of $108,000.
Expanded Access SLCC continues to grow! We’ve successfully launched in U City and Edwardsville and will re-launch the North County Choir on UMSL’s campus in fall 2025, which will be tuition-free for students from schools that do not have sufficient music programs or have no music programs at all.
A World-Class Choral Program Our standard of excellence requires us to attract and retain professional talent to lead our programs, plus perform in world-class concert venue rentals like the Touhill this May and return to Powell Hall in December!
And due to the generosity of our matching donors, your tax-deductible gift will be TRIPLED during this 24 hour campaign.
For example, if you give $100, SLCC will receive $300.
If you give $500, SLCC will receive $1,500.
Your gift of any amount confirms your belief in the transformative power of SLCC.
