On Friday the 25 th of August, select Scotch Staff and Prefects will be braving the icy water to take the plunge in support of our great friends Tiwi College in the Tiwi Islands.

A star-studded line of recognisable Scotch figures will line up in St Andrews’ Square (Scotch College) to take the plunge in support of Tiwi.

Featuring appearances from:

 Principal, Dr Marsh

 Head of Upper School, Mr Rayner

 Head of Middle School, Ms Stalker

…and more!

But there’s one catch!

The Scotch Family must raise enough money and reach the targets to see all of the nominated Staff and Prefects plunged!

E.G- if we raise $1000 then Dion Whitfield will be plunged, but we then need reach the $2000 target to see Mr Rayner plunged.

Our icy plunge will be raising money to make a monumental impact on the lives of Tiwi College and its students. Together we can help support our Tiwi friends and build an even

brighter partnership.

The Scotch-Tiwi Partnership:

Scotch and Tiwi continue to have a strong and long-lasting partnership. Scotch’s relationship with Tiwi College began with a football match played on Melville Island in 1996 and has grown to become a valued collaboration between the two schools. It has led to the establishment of genuine, deep-rooted and ongoing friendships between Scotch boys and their Tiwi peers. This regular contact has had a strong, positive impact on the Scotch Family’s understanding of Indigenous cultures.
