JCC Halom encourages each of you to join our efforts to help people of Ukraine who suffered the most from the war.

For more than five years, we have been working to provide everything necessary for the Jewish community of Kyiv and the Kyiv region, conducting cultural, psychological, and social programs. But now, our focus has changed.

When we look at photos of destroyed Ukrainian cities, our heart freezes. When we look at pictures of murdered people, children, our heart is torn to pieces.

Kharkiv, Mariupol, Bucha, Gostomel, Irpin, Kherson, and many other cities have been destroyed or captured by the occupiers. However, our people cannot be left alone in this horrible situation.

For these people, we open fundraising campaign for the purchase of medicines, food, and hygiene products. The cost of living for one person is now $ 45, because that's how much a grocery set costs. The cost of a healthy life is $ 65, because that's the cost of a first aid kit.

You can donate any amount that is comfortable for you to save the people of the in Ukrainian cities affected by the war.

We have helped more than 300 people since the first day of the war, but many still need our help. We are providing humanitarian aid, medicine and food, financial assistance, psychological and legal support, as well as trying to stay in touch and support our community. However, new inquiries are coming in every day, and we ask you to help and join our fundraising campaign. We will be grateful for any donation.
