Rabbi Sholem Lapidus, the dedicated director of the Toras Emes Cheider in Yerushalayim, returned his soul to its Creator after being injured abroad in an accident while on his way on Shabbos to the Sheva Brachos in celebration of his son's wedding. The joy was destroyed in an instant, and from that moment onwards the race against time to save his life began, but finally the great hope turned into tears and great pain.
Now we are all rallying around to help the Lapidus family, the widow and the nine orphans who, in a single moment, had their world destroyed and are now forced to face the new painful reality.
Rabbi Sholem was the anchor and head of the family, who with a smile and great love took care of all their needs. We must act now and do everything possible to ensure their future and safety, in everything related to the family's livelihood and financial expenses.
Be good partners, and open your heart for the benefit of the Lapidus family so that they will never lack anything from now on!
