The FIRE that stripped a family from all belongings!!
On the night of Achron Shel Pesach, smoke was traveling rapidly all over Borough Park. Everyone sensed that something major must be happening, and indeed, where there's smoke there's fire.
And where there's a lot of smoke there's a major fire!!! And unfortunately, where there's a major fire there's a family without a roof, without clothing, without anything!!!
The fire by 10th Avenue and 43rd street wrecked the entire house and destroyed all its content.
The family 'formerly' residing in that house, is in a desperate and helpless state, without any family to support them in the face of their terrible loss!
8 children were left without a home, without anything to their name!!!
Klal Yisroel is stepping up! We are their family and we will support them so they don't further collapse!
We heard the dreadful news, we smelled the smoke, we learnt about the family's hardships in general and in their current unbearable situation, AND NOW WE ARE STANDING UP TO HELP THEM!!!
