Security and Safety
100,000 euro
Beit Chabad must protect itself against terrorism, G-d forbid and by strengthening the actual edifice.
To heighten it's defense from terrorism it must: raise and seal the main gate, build a protected secure door and seal the entire structure with a fire resistant grill monitored by cameras and alarms.
To ensure the building's security, it must strengthen the wall that began to bend dangerously and install comfortable entrance steps. Completing the renovation of the courtyard will maximize its space and add splendor to the Beit Chabad.
Yeshiva
50,000 euro
This is the second year that the yeshiva was successfully reopened. A group of young men arrived in order to learn "Semicha" - Rabbinical ordination and dedicate their time to activities that benefit the Milan community. They study with adults and children, welcome tourists and visitors and spread Judaism throughout the city.
The Torah-Jewish atmosphere instilled by the yeshiva students is an invaluable asset. The expenditure of their maintenance (lodging and meals) is costly. Take part in this important Torah project!
Mikve and Mikve Kelim
40,000 euro
The construction of the magnificent "Mikve Kelim" - Mikve for immersion of utensils, is currently being completed. To facilitate it's usage it will be open almost around the clock.
In addition, our men's Mikve will develop significantly by enlarging the dressing room, upgrading the heating and ventilation systems, tiling the walls, building a proper rainwater storage and more to come!
Activities for Children
10,000 euro
The activity room for the children urgently requires new equipment such as suitable furniture and entertaining books and games. This will enable us to engage the children in educational and leisure activities.
