עַל אָחִינוּ אֲשֶׁר רָאִינוּ צָרַת נַפְשׁוֹ בְּהִתְחַנְנוֹ אֵלֵינוּ 

To our brother whom we saw in his distress pleading before us.

Dear Chabad brothers , our brother, our flesh and blood, from the honorable members of the Chabad community in Cholon, has found himself in an extremely difficult and life threatening medical situation and is about to undergo very complicated open heart surgery . He cannot afford the high costs related to the surgery and the complicated follow up treatments. He is a young man and if gd forbid he will not be able to come up with the necessary funds , very bitter shall be his lot .
