The Chabad House in Ethiopia is a beacon of light for local Jews, travelers, and businesspeople in need of a warm Jewish home, support, and assistance. We provide community services, Shabbat and holiday meals, aid to those in need, and spiritual guidance for Jews visiting Ethiopia from around the world.

Now, we are launching the "Elef HaMagen" (Thousand Shields) campaign to ensure the security of the Chabad House and its visitors. Each "Magen" (Shield) represents a partnership in strengthening security infrastructure – fences, cameras, lighting, and guards – so that the Chabad House remains a safe and welcoming place for every Jew.

Every supporter can become a "Magen" by contributing 100$ – or take on multiple shields and become a vital partner in the physical and spiritual protection of the Chabad House. Together, we will reach 1,000 Shields and secure the future of Chabad in Ethiopia!
